Again, the name gives it away. 3 BHK flats come with 3 bedrooms; of course, one of them is the master bedroom. It also has a kitchen and a hall.
You generally get two balconies in 3 BHK flats, one typically attached to the master bedroom, and the other is generally around the living room or the dining room. The rooms also have attached bathrooms with them.
High Income Group Housing is definitely a luxury living that is only eligible for the higher class people with a high annual income.
